Secure issuance workflow
Printers are driven from the Identity Management Platform, so only approved records reach personalisation. Operator roles, print authorisation and reprint rules are enforced centrally, and every card produced, rejected or destroyed is logged against the citizen record.
Installed, trained and maintained
Our engineers commission every site, train the operators who will use it, and stay on call for preventive maintenance, spares and OEM escalation — including remote districts where a printer down means a queue that cannot be served.
